If the customer clicks on the "I agree to use my personal informations for commercial purposes" he allows Inter-X Inc. or its partner to send commercial messages to him
The PROVIDER takes no full responsability for the correctness of informations and pictures uploaded by other users to the www.budapestfilmoffice.hu site.
Our moderators are permanently watching the informations submitted by the users and any kind of public information is published only on approval.
If a user places incomplete informations or informations which do not correspond to reality, he gets a warning from the moderator. If after two weeks he doesn't correct these informations, his registration will be suspended and then deleted.
It is forbidden to upload pornographic pictures or any picture which is in contradiction with any law. These users will be immediately deleted by the administrator.
It is forbidden to reproduce or publish the photos, written material or any kind of material from the Budapestfilmoffice.hu without the prior written permission of the author or publisher. Budapestfilmoffice.hu takes no responsability for the content of the outgoing links.
The messages sent by the Moderator are compulsory for the customers.

Data protection and privacy policy are fulfilled according to laws LXIII. from 1992 and CXIX. from 1995. Special attention was given to the law VI. from 1998 and the recommendations of the "ONLINE PRIVACY ALLIANCE"
Handling of data
The Inter-X Inc. (which operates the budapestfilmoffice.hu site) stores personal customer informations only if the customer has agreed to do so. If the customer fills in the registration form and clicks on the Submit button, he agrees with these terms and conditions. For the customer to be informed, a link points to the terms and conditions on the registration page, thus he can decide upon granting access to his personal informations.
Data forwading
Personal informations given at the registration process can be used by the Inter-X Inc. for marketing purposes, and the customer agrees that he gets commercial messages via SMS or email.

Inter-X Inc. uses the personal informations of the customers only for the purposes, for which these were given.
Inter-X Inc. protects the personal informations of the customers from unauthorized access. It takes care about data security and prevents informations from being used for unauthorized usage.
